HPA is basically Nitro.
Co2 is cheap, but not as consistant.
If your low on budget, get the CO2
If you have alot of money, get the HPA, it will do you better in the long run

HPA = "Nitro" => These are very consistent, but the tanks are expensive, and must be rehydro'ed every 3 to 5 years depending on manufacturer.
CO2 => Not as consistent as "HPA" or "Nitro", but cheaper, and only needs rehydro'ed every 5 years. Some of the smaller tanks (chrome-alloy) may or may not need rehydro'ed ever.
CO2 can be filled just about anywhere, including some auto-parts, and hardware stores. HPA/Nitro is difficult to get filled anywhere but a paintball field, and only if that field has a high enough pressure air compressor that is in good service (they tend to break down alot).
