Hey Guys, I'm looking to buy my first Spyder marker and the VS series looks pretty good for the price. But I'm not sure which one to get. And as far as the trigger goes, what do you guys think of the rocking trigger for the vs3 compared to the other triggers?

I would suggest against the rocking trigger for the reason that every other higher end gun has a regular trigger. Basically get a spyder with a regular trigger so you can learn to walk it and when you buy another marker it won't feel weird.

Vs1 is cheaper and runs on co2 fine so it saves you a lot of money. If your using compressed air I would suggest the Vs2

I would suggest the VS2. Best marker out of all of them.

VS2 is the best looking IMO, rocking trigger is ok, but its hard to get used to other triggers once you move on.

If you get a chance, try the rocking trigger for a game or two. Some people like it while others hate it.
If Co2 is the only air source you have right now get the VS1 since it is based on the older design. If you have the money for a HPA tank & can get it filled at a field get the VS2/3.

if u use co2 than get the vs1. but if you can use hpa (nitro) then get the vs2. the vs2 is a great gun. i dont recomend the vs3 cause it hard to get used to and it is not alowd at many fields. so the vs2
The rocking trigger doesnt feel half as bad as some people make it out to be but it is personal choice/ taste. I dont like the Vs2 curved trigger at all. A nice flat trigger or very slight curve feels the best to me (have a Trinity trigger coming for the VS2).
As for the VS3 not allowed on PB fields - - I have yet to see a VS3 banned from a field that would be just plain foolish/ stupid on the field owners part.
Before you buy ask around were you play PB, most people will let you at least hold their gun - allot will let you fire it if you ask nice. So you can decide what you like not what somebody tells you to like.

I have both : VS2 hands down.
But if you can't afford HPA, VS1 is just fine.
