what do all the diffrent lights mean on the MR-2 other then red is fully ,green is semi
Ex.
1. Flashing constantly
2. Flashing while shooting
3.Flashing once after one shot
what do they mean?

yeah i agree, my mr2 always flashes when it shoots, but im assuming when it flashes all the time, that probably means low battery

Yeah, this has been happening to me lately as well... I put in a regular 9v battery though ~ that could be why!
