I believe I'll be getting my regular 2 O-ring ACP bolt today. Any advice on how to install it or things to watch out for.

I have heard that some ACP parts are a little big & need some sanding to fit.

awww man ! really ?
I thought these were good quality bolts !
I'm not sure where you heard that from but I've never heard that or had that problem. ACP bolts fit great and I havent had a problem with it. I would put a little bit of oil on the o-rings before you install the bolt to keep them lubricated.

Im pretty sure I heard that about ACP but I could be wrong. Then again it could have been a small problem when they first started making parts.

are these bolts made of the delrin stuff that expands with oil ??
They are made of delrin but they do not expand with oil. It is a different type of delrin that won't swell when oiled. What I do is just put some oil on the o-rings and that keeps everything well lubricated.

cool beanbies. ! thank you
mine was a little to big, if yours comes in a little to take some fine sand paper and sand it down a little, dont be stupid like me and force it in there, now my bolt looks like ****
If it is too big, I would contact ACP and send it back. They have great customer service.

actually mine slid right in (hehehehehe !) smooth as silk. I did notice that I was still getting blowback in the feed neck. Normal ?
yes, unless you low pressured your marker there will still be blowback

3oring is suposed with the blowback
3 o-rings will help with blow-back but will not totally eliminate it. The only way to completely eliminate it, as chnk said, is to go low pressure.

oh well. I am getting the Qloader so I suppose the blowback is a moot point.
yea, you wont have to worry about blowback with a qloader
