Why wont my Acs shoot straight up?

I dont know if anyone else has this problem but my spider pilot acs will shoot fine level but if you point it the slightest bit upwards it wont recock. Does anyone have any advice on how i can fix this?

thats very very odd have you cleaned and lubed it recently?

had to replace a little white thing they give you a spare in the parts bag :)
