I know this question has been asked a lot but i cant seem to find any threads on it.
I finally got my 9.6V battery and charger. The charger i have is JE1025.

On the manuals it says with a Rapid charger it should take 1.5 hours to recharge but a standard charger is 5-6 hours. Is my charger a rapid charger?
