Rocking Trigger Questions

Hey all,

I have a rocking trigger and it is stuck on semi. I saw on here that there is supposed to be a jumper on a couple of pins. Would those be between the battery and the display?

the jumper is a black or red small piece of plastic. It goes over 2 little prings. I personal havent looked at the board in your frame so I dont know exactly where it is.
