Well here is the deal, as many of you know we moved into our new house awhile back, our first plan for this summer was to take all of the art work out of our old house and move it to the new house to decorate it, well we decided to keep it all in the old house to make it more visually appealing for renters. So, we are looking for some good paintings and art pieces for our new house, we have photography already, that is something we are both into so most of it in our house is stuff we took, (I would like to pick up some DC photography originals as well, but that is all that will be in our house)

So here is the question, do any of you know any local artists? if you can find some good contemporary paintings and take a photo of them, I will pay top dollar for the painting. Also if you know of an internet site or something other than ebay where I can pick some up that would be great. if this works out and I end up getting a painting from the artist you suggested I will pay you 10% for getting it for me.

Check yard sales around town. Like when older folks die & their kids have a sale to get rid of the stuff they dont want. If I knew my grandmother would let some of hers go I would snap some pics for ya.

No worries there I dont want to take your grams art from her lol, I dont really have time to shop yard sales and markets, kind of why I was asking for help, I am looking for originals as well, not really into remakes or anything like that. I dont mind dropping cash on a good painting.

Eric Samuel Timm has some good paintings, he has alot of religion and spiritual thoughts such as hope, peace, and all that which may be good in your house now if you into that kinda stuff.

he also has some other contemporary artwork.
