rec sport is decent

I voted Nelsplat because it's the best "cheap" paint I've ever used. However, Midnight is good as well, but not nearly as cheap as the Nelsplatt was (even without the team discount.)

Just stay away from anything brass eagle. LOL they really should call them monster rocks. Half of them bounce off trees and they are all dipled and jam up loaders.

This guy came out to the field about a month ago with those nasty Monster Balls. He did what all noobs do, and spend about 30 minutes just shooting the fence at the end of the chronograph area - if I had to guess, I'd say that 90 percent of the balls bounced off without breaking.

I don't care how cheap that stuff is - if I get shot with it, you dang well know that you're going to get yelled at for being a cheap bastard who doesn't care about the safety of others...fortunately, my field just instituted a new, non field paint fee. If you use paint from elsewhere, you have to pay 10 bucks on top of the field and air fees. Maybe everyone will just buy their paint there.

Seriously, our field sells paint cheaper than anyone in the state, pretty much (40 bucks a case for Heat.) It's actually cheaper than a case of Walmart paint, but people still bring that crap out to the field.

yeah, i rather buy the field paint, as long s it doesnt go over $50 (im a teenager..have to pay gas, gf, and jobs dont pay so hot lol)

Maybe i should consider reffing.....cuts out the entrance fee...hm......

100 bucks for paint? HUGGGEEEE ripoff!

The owners at our local field are pretty cool about paint prices - most of us know what their paint costs from the company, and they really only charge the wholesale cost, tax and then about 5-10 bucks more. They look around for sales and buy it then...They just secured a cool XO dealership so now we're going to get XO paint which is even cheaper!

Some fields give you a reduced price on paint too. Ours does anyway.

We get a discount on entry, paint and monthly air fees for reffing - I pay less than half the cost for a case of paint, and give 20 bucks a month for all the air I can use. That sounds bad, but it costs 1.00 per 1000 at my field and we don't have all day air. With a 3000 and a 4500 tank, I can fill both at least 4 times every day I play, so it works out pretty good!
