id say eat a donut and go play some paintball.. :P.... lolz jp... just work your legs i spose anthing for speed will help ya... running... squats... speed is a good part of paintballing

There is a "how to" for mid players in this forum. It's a pretty good read and tells you all kinds of things you might not have known.

Well I know for when I train for boxing, for speed I run in the sand with sand bags and army boots on. Then do sprints in it. It will build your legs mainly calves wich will give you more spring and faster on the field. More quickness. Squats and leg press machine helps to.

Eat pasta and lots of carbs the week of the game. The night before have a steak. and for breakfast have a donut.

Eat/sleep/play soccer! and you'll have a lot to give in woodsball or speedball
