if the q loader is as good as every one says it is then why are the pro's still using hoppers?

because it is much quicker to just dump a pod into a hopper then have to pull off the qpod and put a new one in place. time is very valuable when you have 100 balls flying at you!

That's what he is saying. Pros use hoppers because it is easier to refill a hopper then to switch out your qpod for another qpod. Q loaders are designed with woodsball in mind because they help you maintain a low profile. Sure they can feed as fast as all the electronic force feed hoppers that pros use in speedball but it takes more time to switch out qpods.

Plus when a pro has balls flying at him he wants more paint in less time.

I think the reason is the Qpods only hold 100 rounds. As for changing them in and out, I can unload and load a Qpod in 2 sec. But with The waste of paint in speedball, 100 rounds is not practical.
