I'm looking for good, inexpensive clamping feednecks for my pilot acs. i'm not gonna go any higher than $40.

There are a few brands that make quality feednecks for Spyders. They are CCM, Trinity, and NDZ. There might be one other that I'm missing but I can't think of it right now. I own a CCM and I haven't heard anyone have any problems with them. It works great. You should be fine with any of those brands though. You can find any of those for under $40.

For the Pilot, you'll need to get one with "tabs" or no holes.

This (http://www.sundragonpps.com/catalog/item/3373201/2940771.htm) is a link to buy the CCM feedneck and it also shows a picture. It is 28 dollars there.

I think the ones listed on ebay are in fact new... just an ebay-only brand.

pb34 pretty much hit all of the important points, so I don't have much else to contribute. My pilot uses an old Vaporworks feedneck, which I absolutely love. Unfortunately they aren't sold anymore.

I got one of those off ebay also - it's not bad at all, and it's a cam lever type clamping feedneck. Could stand to be a bit shorter, but not nearly as tall as feednecks USED to be! 20.00, brand new.

yuppers! it's a great neck for a great price
the downside is they aren't that well known
plus they make them in different color schemes

What about the New Designz Spyder Band Clamp Low Rize Feed Neck - No Holes - ? is that one ok?

New Designz is one of my favorite companies. I've used everything from feednecks to bolts to triggers from them on all my guns and I've NEVER been disappointed with them.

However, the one and only complaint I have is that they aren't always the cheapest product out there...

that feedneck is cheaper than the CCM that i was looking at. the NDZ comes in different colors. not just black and silver. the problem, is they're out of stock at Action Village (that's where i usually online shop). i'm gonna see if my friend can order me one from his store.

I recently acquired the Trinity Black T-Lock Feed Neck (no holes) from A.V. for $22 and it is an excellent match for my Empire ReloaderII. You may have to wait till it is in stock, I had to wait about 3 weeks. I really dig how it drops the profile of the hopper almost 2". I can hang on to the hopper and give it a healthy shake, and my Pilot ACS wont wiggle at all. Maybe use some removable loctite on those screws though.

I use a Warrior clamping feedneck, and it works great. Got it off Ebay. You can check there or in the BST forum here to find a variety of them for sale.
