airsoft gun

ok so ive been plinking around at cans with my brother's airsoft gun, hit a friend and now arms race for the basement wars is on... my friends basement has a ton of crap that makes a good airsoft field for rainy days. i required to stay in a 40 dollar budget for the gun (alone, accessories dont count, clips dont count) which must be a spring pistol. here is what im debating between. im looking for something fast(fps, and easy to cock), accurate, and preferably small, ill probibly add a mock slilencer because in the small basement i need a relitivly long barrel to push through clutter at times, but others i need close range, so screw off is good, here they are:

shown on the usp... to give you an idea of why i want this, i want versatility so that i can support it with the silencer if i need to or i can unscrew it for a close match.

yes i am big on GLOCKS, the usp just looked greatr with the silencer, and my friend has one and it works great

ya, sam fisher from splintercell uses the modified usp, mk23 with socom kit, thats why its in there, competitivly, its only fair.

new benefit: one of the hfc glocks is being bought by my friend, so either the hfc 33 or the 17 would be compatible with clips (33 can use extended 17 clips) the 17 with compensator does NOT use the same clips.

i have a Beretta 92fs that claims to be able to shoot 307 fps...and a S&W M4505 that claims to shoot 302 fps... i like the 92 a little better cause it feels better in hand, but the S&W came with an extra clip...look at availibilty of extra mags...if they ever break, you may be "up a creek..."

all of them have extra mags, the compensator glock mags are flimsy, the others are really durable, the 2nd and 3rd guns (glock 33 and 17) have compatable mags, since my friend is getting one we can swap mags (little can take big mags as extended clip, big cant take little) i see no berrettas that shoot 260+ fps TESTED by shorty... what they claim may be with ammo that isnt accurate (light wieght) the glock w/ comp is the hardest hitting spring pistol at shortyusa.

i had a berreta 92 also. that thing felt liek the real thing except for the weight. i dont like the glock look. now i gotta shotgun<===LoL it shoots straight as hell to.

ok ive eliminated glock 17 w/ comp. reg 17 is close behind. i WILL NOT get a berreta, they are flashy, i like the blocky look, and imo they are big/ breakl alot as well, my friend owned two, both sucked. http://www.shortyusa.com/cart/images/796b.jpg im leaning towards the 33 because of versatilty and size, the usp still has mad props for coolness but its big.

glock 33, it can use .2 bb's (heavier) so if you find that it is too powerful and you are having alot of accuracy issues, you can use some .2s and they'll stay on a striaghter path (the hop-up might be set too high for .12s)

and if you wanna go blocky and be cool still, you could get a walther p22 or p99 (james bond guns)

i bought a 1911 for $18... (this is the gun Snake used in snake eater).

the silencer does nothing, it is cheap and plastic. that is why it comes free with most pistols.

Try anything at this site. My college room mates bought all their gear from Airsoft Atlanta. Good prices and fast shipping. Decent quality stuff too... even the cheap stuff was reliable. I suggest the Walther P99, but you may also be interested in the YP G17 or YP G19.

Edit: and i think im going with the glock 33. and taurinic: the silencer is metal and im using it to get an un altered angle through the piles of junk in my friends basement while keeping the small a possibility. (i was thinking about a deagle, but wanted the versitility instead of an always massive gun)
