I can't get my MR2 to chorno below 320. I've turned the velocity adjuster until it can't turn any more, and only went from 343 down to 320.
I'm playing in a game this weekend and need it down below 290 or I can't play with my new marker :(
I'm shooting Nel-spalt through a J&J ceramic with a HPA tank.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

buy an aftermarket shocktech spring and striker pin kit from ebay. they have a spring that has even less tension that the stock striker spring! for example

you can either go to your local pb store and buy an aftermarket spring kit or worst comes to worst you can cut your stock spring a little and it should chrono lower.

you have to use a chrono to let you know

you can either use the one at your local field or buy one. most paintball websites sell them.

Thanks for the quick response guys :) I'm going to see if we can't find a spring kit somewhere between where we're at and the game. Have a friend looking into it for us too. I'll be bummed if I can't play with my new toy at the game, but I have my trusty old sypder victor just in case.

Just a little update for anyone who might read this in the future. I got a new spring and it instantly dropped down to 270 FPS.

i picked one up and they are really nice.
4 springs, all different tensions.
i think i have the gold or silver one in mine now and it is perfect.
my gun still jumps around a lot but i can get it now below 280 without cutting the spring.
kit was cheap too.

i have a 32* and a madman spring kit and they both work great. when i first got my mr2 it was shooting around 320 also. not sure why but it seems that alot of people have that prob with the mr2.
