expansion chambers are nice but they too have there bursts of co2 therefore you will want a regulator........the Palmers Stabilizer is the best but if you want cheap here is the Evil Detonator Regulator http://www.firstcallpaintball.com/pages-productinfo/product-1616/evil-evil-detonator-regulator.html?zenid=2424ed5b0d2b1367611fb96b8bbeb 48a

the detonator isnt co2 tolerant ex chambers top bursts of liquid co2 from happening

The ACP bolts are great. Go with either a 2 or 3 o-ring regular bolt if your looking for a new bolt. Although I don't think the bolt is causing your chopping problem.

what kind of hopper are you using?

i'm going to get my hands on a viewloader revy soon

would that help?

That and a bolt that actually has orings. A eVLution hopper would be better for the spyder because the force feed eliminates popcorning

A good bolt would be the Shocktech Supa Fly
The ACS bolts are good but the spring for the anti-chop is to tight and it really does chop balls.
