a little survey for Firefox users:
Adblock Plus - get rid of annoying flash ads
Download Status bar - get rid of pop up download manager
Down Them All - speeds up downloading lots of anything from one place
FasterFox - tweaks Firefox to be faster and gives you a load timer
FireFTP - a convenient FTP client
Foxytunes - an in-browser music player that uses very little ram
IEtab - some sites aren't built right (they only open in IE :p ) so on those stubborn ones, use the IE 6 engine in one firefox's tabs
Stumble-upon - for us with ADD
Videodownloader - Get those pesky flash videos that don't allow you to right click and save as
what are you using (ya... i know i have a lot of extensions)

Hah... That's all? I'm far too lazy to put descriptions for all of them, so if you're curious, those are the exact names to type into the search bar for more extensions.

Does anyone know of an extension compatible with the latest version of FF that will autocomplete URLs from bookmarks as you are typing in the address bar? By default, Firefox only does it from history, but Safari does it from bookmarks & history. I really like this feature in Safari.

Eh? I've never had that problem... Then again, I am running the Portable version so it is slightly different. Maybe you just need to configure it properly, Claus.
ABP kills all my ads too, but the others are there just in case the filter misses something. I HATE ads and pop-ups.
Domain Inspector is a nice one if you're into messing with HTML and stuff, I'll see if I can get you a link for it right quick...
EDIT: Here ya go Claus: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/inspector/

dom inspector is normally an autodownload, like talkback. I'm not sure why I don't already have it. Phil, mine autocompletes... but not often since I have clear history maxed.
