Yeah, this is old, they've been debating this for a few weeks on PBNation. From what I've heard, it lowers dwell and reduces kick, but efficiency results are minimal at best, if not worse. The way I understand it, it removes the boost-forward part of the operating system yet retains the ability to not need an LPR. Right now the camp is sort of neutral on it.

For 80 bucks, I think I'll wait!

yeah i have also seen this before..im leaning more tword the orange bolt so i can get better efficiency also

I've also read that the Orange bolt is not good at all, either in efficiency or lowering the dwell.

Honestly, from all the reviews I've read, the L7 is decent, but there isn't a bolt out, YET, that is worth the upgrade. However, I haven't heard anything on the Bob Long pillow bolt yet, so we'll see on that one. I'm sure someone will come up with something great sooner or later...

i hope so because the pmr is not real good on air

Hmmmm, I get pretty good mileage on mine. Spool valves, in general, just aren't that efficient on air. I get the same as, if not a little better, than what I got with my shocker.

Is your reg broken in yet? You also might check your o-rings for a little leak...

The news I've gotten on any of these bolts is, they're not worth the money. Efficiency is supposed to get better as the reg is broken in -

Hahaha! You're in the PBNation military - getting demerits now!

People can get infractions (or demerits if you like) on these forums.

I was sorry for it being old, it's not inaccurate at all. I have a thing on my USER CP that says:

Sorry, it got a little jumbled.

I think I'll stick with the stock bolt w/Top Hat mod in my Minion.
