Vertical Adapter

This Might Be A Obvious Question but im not sure about it.

I want to buy a vertical adapter and i was wondering if you could put a Co2 tank directly into the adapter without all the regs and asa's and stuff like that.

Yes, you can. At least from my experience. Unless they make vertical adapters different now.
