Thats hard because I like both. I like the Mini a bit more though.

I like the pmr better because there are a lot of upgrades out right now. Sure the mini is small but so is the pmr and u can't change the reg on the mini. go for the rail. :)

I would get the PMR. I don't really like the feel of the Mini.

Would my 48/3000 work on either of these guns.

I love my buddies Mini but if you chop a ball you have to take the whole damn thing apart and clean it. Let's just say they are not the simplest marker to maintain. But they rip paint like hellfire and damnation.

Go for the PMR. Those things rip. I'm not a big fan of the mini.

you should hold both of them and see which is comfortable for you

The invert is a bad choice for many reasons so just get the rail.

"You can't change the reg on the Mini"

So what? Can you change it on the A1? No... does that make it a bad marker? NO!

Ugh.

The only bad thing I've seen with the Mini is the breaking in process. It will chop paint a bit before being broken in, but once it's broken in... it ripps just as good as the rest of the guns. I know lots of people who have them and I've talked with an old timer that is a regular at our field who loves his.

Are you ****tin' me? What reasons? Don't just say that it is a bad choice, prove it. From my experience, they are QUITE THE OPPOSITE. May be from a ****ty supplier, but then again, what isn't nowadays? Mini gets my vote over the plastic (sorry, POLYMER) gun. :dodgy:

Now THIS is an intelligent response:
you should hold both of them and see which is comfortable for you
Heed that advice and you will never be led astray. ;)

Actually yes you can.

Who cares though almost all stock regs can get the job done nicely, I know I won't be changing out any of mine.

I would look into a used pm5/pm6 before i would ever pick up a pmr, thats just me though. If you are buying new, mini would get my vote.

That's a toss up. Some people find the mini "too small" since they are used to average sized guns. The proto ,in that event, would be more of a pick it up and play gun. I am a big guy with big hands and had to get used to my shocker when I got it because it felt small & compact. Now it's my favorite. The last thing I would consider is product support and parts availability down the road. I would lean towards the proto in that category.

Doesn't it depend to high presure or low preasure?

No. That's what the regulator is for.

PMR hands down, It may just be personal prefrence, but I have never liked the feel of the Mini in my hands, always feel like I'm about to break it.
