Dovetail or Direct Mount ASA for VS2/VS3??

I saw some conflicting information on the board.

I wanted to change the stock reg using the adapter from Trinity and adding a CP reg and the On/Off ASA. Does anyone know for sure which ASA works with the VS2? Is it the dovetail mount or the direct mount?

either will fit...or so im told. i asked this question in the past and i was told that either will fit. IMO, the dovetail CP will bt ur best bet jus coz it LOOKS like it'll fit but apparently, the direct mount works too
