Edit - In my dremel kit, it's just a white cloth disc with a hole in the middle of it...
Meh, just take a cordless screwdriver and put a wooden dowel rod in it. Attach the internal part (striker, bolt) and attach it to the dowel so that when you turn the screwdriver on it revolves. You can use it to evenly sand your striker and bolt and to polish it. I did this with my first spyder while I watched a 30 minute paintball show...no worries!
Rub some Mother's Mag onto the part, then with a polishing disc (the cloth ones) in a dremel, turn it on and polish it up! In lieu of a dremel, just use a very soft cloth and the electric screwdriver tip mentioned. Make sure you get all the polish off...it gets tacky if you don't!
