View Full Version : Forza 2 anyone?

Anybody else pick up forza 2 today?

I love it so far, best racing sim i have ever played. Feels very realistic and all the upgrading and tuning really adds to it, there is even more to do and see then the original. The graphics are amazing and the sound effects are the best i have ever heard in a car game, you can really tell the difference between the cars and its even different after you tune the car and add upgrades.

Also they added a in game camera that lets you take pics and upload them to there website, although the quality isn't as good as the in game graphics its still a really cool feature.



right now i have about 12-13 cars and i am lvl 17 driver.

Two of my fav cars at the moment:

2002 lingenfelter vette, runs at 725 HP and 729 lb-ft, needs to hit the paint and decal shop badly.

and my beast, 1969 Charger, swapped in the 540 hemi and put on a blower and all the other race parts. Now setting on 1097 HP and 879 lb-ft, almost impossible to race but it sure is fun to drive.

GT4's camera > that one.

But that game looks so fun. I want to play it so bad =[

ya the camera looses alot of detail but hey its a new feature can't always get it right the first time.

Online play is alot of fun and they added a online car auction this time, it pretty cool, you set a min price then people bid away for a certain time limit and you even add a buy it now button.

i dont see how people can say "forza looks GREAT!" after theyve seen GT, which has better graphics with a better feel to it. I know your intent isnt to spark an argument over which is better, so sorry.

There's no way GT has better graphics on a last gen console..sorry, there just isn't. And the only reason people say GT has a better feel is because it's WAY easier than Forza. Forza is a true driving simulator, GT is true in its upgrades and cars, but not in its physics..it just all depends on what you want. My personal favorite racing game was GT3:A-Spec..but you can't argue the graphics..

I wish I had a 360 though so I could be playing these cool games. :(

GTA 3 sucks in comparison to SA. Vice City and SA are my favs. 3 gets annoying.

I didn't like the GT series when it came out due to the weird unrealistic "Floaty" feeling the cars had. They didn't at all feel like real cars and even more didn't feel like they were even turning.

Is this game comming to other platforms?

I beat GTA:VC..I didn't like GTA:SA..it was way too big of a map.
