air source preset

im getting a pmr and it says to preset your air system to 400-850 psi
i was wondering how to preset the tank and what is the ideal preasure to have it at?

a normal screw in, preset tank will be fine. High pressure or low pressure, it doesn't matter. Your inline reg will take care of getting it down to proper input pressure.
