Stick Feed design?

Hey all. I was looking to buy a stick feed but was told you can make your own out of pipe. Question is: Has anyone in here done this and if so could you provide some tips? I have a general idea how it should be done. Only thing I am not sure about is the inside diameter to use in order to be able to use the 10 round loaders. Anyone have the outside diameter of a 10 round loader handy? Thanks.

Well, I'd take the parts you'd be using with it to a plumbing supply place and look around for what you can use, I'd expect .75" pvc is what you'd want, but you'll have to see what sort of fittings thy have aswell.
