Not that it matters, but after doing quite a bit of research on the various "IMAGINE" versions Kingman has built, I am stumped which one I actually own ???

* Looks EXACTLY like a 2004 version. (LPC/Color/ASA/3 L.E.D grip all 2004 specs)

:confused: Gun came with a straight blade trigger ( Not a 2 finger), Firing modes are semi-3 burst & auto * But has high and low rate of fire selection for 3 burst & full auto ...
(Frame and functions are basically that of a ESP IPI 3.0 upgrade frame)

Every thing I have read for specs from Kingmans own web pages, NEVER is an IMAGINE old or 2K4 said or shown with a blade trigger or selectable rate of fire in burst or full auto modes .... Odd ?

Do I have an oddball with a mix of parts or what :rolleyes:

It's a 2k5 Imagine. ;) Came out right (and I mean right) after I bought my 2k4 oh-so-long-ago.

that's how my e-99 avant is. well it came with the ipi 3.0 frame, but with the "sweet spot" trigger (not the double finger thingy trigger) i bought mine nov of 05
and apparently the avant came with a clamping feedneck or some crap? all i know is it was a plastice pos that would break. i think instead of the metal tube, the whole peice was plastic XP. mine didn't come with it thank god

Y2K5 huh, well that would make sense, even tho I never had seen any sales info on an "05" ... pretty much got the idea the Post 2K4 imagines were using the L.C.D. frame ??

i think they were more of an end of life run ya know? basically, "hey, lets toss a couple extra things on these before we stop making them"

Wait, the LCD's were 2k5... sorry. :doah: Means you have the interim version, the 2k4.5, if you will. It came out before the 2k5, but after the 2k4. Thanks for pointing out the LCD, I would have totally glossed over that; I never can remember that detail. :(
