but maybe this makes up for it. just finished my pneumag. pics now, specs later

Automag:
x-valve with level 10 and ult
ule body
intelliframe
rt pro rail with lp hose channel
cp barrel
unimount

Pneumatics:
wgp lpr
msv-2 valve
mpa-3 actuator

mess:
jb weld
scrap aluminum
bad dremel skills lol

how it works:
1.i press trigger
2.trigger presses valve via a rod thru the frame
3.valve bursts air from the lpr into the actuator
4.actuator rams the sear, firing the gun
5. 1-4= lighter and shorter trigger pull than before which allows for a walkable mechanical gun.

this things took me a few months to build on and off with several $.50 runs to the hardware store. everytime i bought screws, i forgot some other ones that i needed.... buuuuuut, its done now and its pretty fast. i dont have a video or anything to check what kind of bps it can hit, but i do know my reloader wont keep up anymore lol. i had it going for a little bit without any leaks, but i ran out of air to test it with paint.

So it's essentially a cocker/mag? Similar mechanics only with... wow sort of confused haha. Really cool though.

hmm im not very good at explaining it, but i do know it works lol.

basically instead of me tripping the trigger directly, i activate the pneumatics instead. the pneumatics then push the sear which lets the mag shoot. the advantage is a shorter and lighter trigger pull that (should) be walkable. the reason behind it is that pressing the valve is much shorter and lighter than pressing the sear directly allowing for a much higher rof.

To say it's like a cocker is only by design principle. When you pull the trigger it actuates the (in terms of a cocker) the three-way that is being fed from a LPR. The three-way then actuates a small ram that is connected to the regular (yet modified) sear. the sear then hits the on/off of the Valve just like a normal mag. So in principle it works somewhat resembling a cocker. So the pull is just like activating the three-way on a cocker, but can be much shorter because you dont need to trip a sear.
(i troll AO quite a bit, so I've learned a lot about these in the last few months)

Oh, btw, nice mag ;)

Thats damn cool. I almost wanna try this on a spyder...

the problem with doing it to a spyder is that there's no way to set the dwell without electronics. (with the way it would have to work that is) basically if you hooked it up like how it is on the pneumag, it would hold the sear down, which means blender. the mags have a pin that blocks the air from entering the dump chamber thingy so extra air doesn't bleed while the trigger is pulled.

Brother that is Wicked, at first I thought it was a hybrid response trigger, but you have gone way past that. My hat's off to ya :applause:

it wont be spyder cup legal :dodgy:

use a morlock board. one of the nickel sized 3way found on airsoldier, then put the ram in place of the electromagnet and fiddle around... you'll probibly need an LPR so you don't over power the noid. You cant use a mech 3way like ares because you need dwell. If you really can crank out 2-3 benjamins on this you might want to use the mac 3/4 way since it can take a bit more pressure than the 90psi nickel noids can.

Could just use a t-board. They're designed to work with pneumatic noids aswell.

The best part about this though is that it needs no electronics.
