No, I don't believe there is a way you can make your own gauge for your Pilot. Well, I suppose there is but it would require lots of expensive tools and lots of education. Gauges run $10-15, you're better off just going that route.

well u could probably just get any normal gauge at like a hardware store no?

if you can find one small enuff maybe. paintball gauges have an 1/8" npt. most other gauges have a reverse thread or mount from the bottom instead of the back. it would look down right nasty
