Moded my mr1

I cut the original stock becasue it is hard to get your head down when trying to sight in a target. Removed the rubber grips and put on wood grips I made from pine. Used a torch to bring out the grain some Tell me what you think

i think a darker wood wood look better but i like the design of the grips.

Painting the grip would be cool maybe in OD.I cut my stock yesterday and it really does help.Nice job

you know i still cant believe that kingman made a gripframe that is different than anyother. and have yet to make a grip for it. that was pretty stupid I think.

Stain them. Painting them isn't that cool IMO. A dark stain would look nice. I made some similar grips for my MR1 at one point, before I got my single trigger frame. They are comfortable.
