Thread Repair Help

I have a VA that has stripped threads. How can I fix this other than tapping for a larger screw??

I remember seeing somewhere that there is a thread repair kit, from what I remember you drill the hole larger and insert something that looks like a spring. It then becomes your new threads and you keep the screw size that you had. Anyone know what I am talking about??

got it heli coiled today, works like a charm :)
