does anybody know if an ip elay charges people being called by it? i want to call some friends long distance without running up the phone bill but i dont want my friends yelling at me for running up their bill either

Not sure if it charges the person being called, but an ip relay call takes SOOOO long to do because of the "middle man" relayin your messages. I would think it would just be easier to call normal
