View Full Version : Bob Long Millenium question

I have a Bob Long Millenium, and so far have discovered that it is 99% compatible with Spyder parts. Would anyone be able to tell me which Spyder it was based on? I think knowing that would make it 100x easier to find upgrades/parts for it. Not that it needs much more...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not sure it was based on any one Spyder. If it was, it would probably be one of the oldest ones, since almost all the Spyders you hear about here are slim striker and the millenium uses the fatty striker.

Fair enough. So far everything I have bought for the gun has fit perfectly. I just hope it stays that way.

One more issue I just remembered, is that I can't seem to run the gun on air. I have been told that my expansion chamber is the problem... It almost seems like there is not enough pressure to re-cock the gun after I take one shot. What could this be???

I have been told it was Bob Long's answer to a tournament gun. Bob put an autococker detent in them and a low pressure chamber. I do not know which spyder it was orginally based on though. You do need to loose the expansion chamber it is made for C02 the most popular air system at the time the gun was made. I have a gas thru grip on mine works great i run a 114/3000 and a 68/4500 tank on it.
